International visitors and exhibitors travelling to India are required to possess a valid passport of their country as well as a valid Indian visa. An Indian visa is a permit issued by Indian visa authorities to non-Indian citizens for entry into, exit from and transit through India. Citizens of most countries are required to obtain an Indian visa before entering the country. To acquire your visa to India please contact the Embassy of India in your respective country.

The organizers can issue an invitation letter to registered visitors and exhibitors which they could include along with their visa application.

Getting a visa for the Kids India toy fair


The Mumbai Airport Chattrapati Shivaji International offers a number of car rental and taxi services to commute to and within the city. You can find both pre-paid and metered taxis and can choose from reliable taxi companies such as Mega cabs, Cool cabs, Tab cabs, etc. The Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) is located at a distance of approximately 8 km from the airport.

If you arrive by train, Andheri (East) and Goregaon (East) are the closest train stations to the Exhibition Centre.

Autorickshaw is the quickest mode from the train stations to reach the Exhibition Centre.
